Returns Policy

All goods and services provided by Dashas Sweets are subject to Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees. This Returns Policy (Policy) is in addition to your rights under the ACL and nothing under this Policy is intended to exclude any of your statutory rights as a consumer under the ACL, including seeking any remedies to which you are entitled from Dashas Sweets.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

If a product you purchased is faulty, damaged or not as described, Dashas Sweets will provide a replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 7 days when you contact us and supply proof of purchase and photos of the product.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped the next business day after packing and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

If you do not receive your order witin 7 days please contact us.
